Tim Downing
Director
Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the UK property and business community and is co-owner of Pygott and Crone, a leading and award-winning property consultancy in the Midlands and throughout the U.K. Pygott and Crone has 14 offices across the Midlands and London and 600 associated offices nationwide. Recently, it was voted Best UK Estate Agency by the Sunday Times and Best UK Agency by the Relocation Agent Network. Other areas of the business include the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential land and property throughout the UK and Europe, as well as RICS valuation, asset and estate management, financial services, land and development. Tim is a key member of the team as we look to acquire and build out mid sized and large scale mixed used developments nationwide.
Danny Lang
Construction Director
Danny is an accomplished Senior Leader/Technical Director with 25+ years experience within the construction sector. He spent 16 years and was on the board at Westleigh Developments before the takeover by Countryside Properties and his last role was at Modus Partnerships. Danny led the Design and Construction Teams and maintained all processes and procedures for all technical project elements.
He has vast experience in managing major projects & contracts, implementing new processes and streamlining complex engineering operations for optimal productivity. He is an expert in the development of new business and ensuring delivery of solutions to the highest standard whilst leading multi-disciplinary construction teams in the delivery of housing projects.
Tom Mason
Director
Tom has gained more than three decades of experience in the property development and construction industry in a variety of geographic areas, including South Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and the UK. Having started out in construction, Tom moved into property development and planning and has worked in virtually all the various sectors of the industry. On coming to the UK, Tom was the lead project manager for several Galliard Homes Development sites in South London before setting up on his own. Tom is a chartered builder and engineer as well as a construction manager. More recently he set up and oversaw the roll out of a large undeveloped land parcel in the Midlands for 1700 homes and managed the infrastructure build-out of the each phase of the site.
